Market is only available up to Dharchula in Adi Kailash Om Parvat Yatra .when you reach Dharchula you can explore the market of Indian side as well as of Nepal by crossing the bridge over Kali river. You can get all the basic need items although the market is not too big.
For the Adi Kailash and OM Parvat yatra road network is good up to Dharchula. Earlier after Dharchula people had to trek for about 200 km on the Adi Kailash Om Parvat. But with the development of road networks from Dharchula, the Adi Kailash Om Parvat yatra has become comparatively easier. In some places, the road is really good while in some places the road is not well-pitched and is unequal. The road is rough and uneven at different points but it is easily motorable. Construction of the road project is expected to be completed by 2024.
There is limited availability of infrastructure in the Adi Kailash & Om Parvat regions. Toilets are available at a few spots such as checkpoints, villages, etc en route to Adi Kailash and Om Parvat. However, properly closed toilets both Indian as well as western are available at all infrastructures and homestays.

Attached washrooms will be there in the hotels but after dharchula in high altitude region like Gunji/Nabi/Napalchu, common toilets in good amounts for men and women are available at all the Rest-houses /homestays on Adi Kailash & Om Parvat yatra.
