• Extra weight charges
• Extra days due to delay
• Any medical or emergency evacuation expenses
• Pony or Palki at any place not mentioned in the inclusions
• Any Air fare/Train fare.
• 5% GST
• Lunch, Personal Expenses such as Laundry, telephone calls, tips & gratuity, mineral water, soft & hard drinks, porterage.
• Additional sightseeing or extra usage of vehicle, other than mentioned in the itinerary.
• Entrance Fees & Guide charges.
• Any cost arising due to natural calamities like, road blockage, political disturbances (strikes), etc (to be borne by the client, which is directly payable on the spot).
• Any increase in taxes or fuel price, leading to an increase in cost on surface transportation & land arrangements, which may come into effect prior to departure.
• Any kind of insurance.
• Anything which is not included in the inclusion.

• Fill up Chardham Yatra 2024 Registration form
• Pay the non-refundable registration amount in a corporate bank account or online and mention the transaction number on the registration form.
• Attach a self-attested copy of identity proofs, like a valid Indian passport (Mandatory), and two photographs.
• Email Registration Form, Scan Valid ID Proofs & Transaction Number on Email: info@triptotemples.com (cc accounts@triptotemples.com & adik@triptotemples.com) & courier originals self-attested copies to us on office address. 

 Send 1 month before the Yatra Date:

• Original self-attested physical fitness certificate from any MBBS doctor, not more than 1 month old from the Yatra date. (Ask for a format from us.).
