Is Diwali on 20th October or 21st October? Know the correct dates for Diwali celebration

Everybody is wondering when Diwali is in 2025? The cause of confusion over dates of Diwali celebration in 2025 has occurred due to the Amavasya Tithi, which spans two days this year, from 20th & 21st October. However, scholars, priests, and other authorities from the Kashi Vidwat Parishad have announced October 20 as the date of the Diwali celebration in 2025. “After discussions, the board has concluded that full Pradosh Kaal falls on 20th October, which is the auspicious period for Lakshmi Pujan, said Prof Ramanarayan Dwidevi, the National General Secretary of the forum.”
