Hemant Dwivedi, Chairman of the Badrinath-Kedarnath Temple Committee, announced that the evening aarti is now being conducted daily by temple priests with the cooperation of the Shri Kedar Sabha.

As reported by the Economic Times, 9812 pilgrims travelled to Yamunotri Dham, while 13,602 yatries visited the Gangotri Dham.
