YOUR ITINERARY (DAY WISE)
Kedarnath [3583] – Badrinath [3100M]
Arrive at sersi phata and gaurikund. Meet us at Sersi phata and gaurikund helipad. Board heli for Kedarnath Ji. It will take around 5 – 7 minutes to reach Kedarnath. Upon arrival our representative will lead you for VIP darshan of Kedarnath (VIP darshan on government approval) Ji. Pray and praise the lord, take blessings and head back to helipad.
Kedarnath [3583 M] – Badrinath [3100M] Fly from Kedarnath to Badrinath for Badri Narayan Ji Darshan. It will take around 25 – 30 minutes to reach Badrinath. Upon arrival go for VIP Badrinath Ji Darshan (VIP darshan on government approval). Have darshan and perform Puja at Badrinath. Enjoy the beautiful view of Mountains and greenery.
Badrinath [3100M]- sersi phata and gaurikund Return back to sersi phata and gaurikund by evening. With the blessings of almighty, we will return from here to our homes.

REGISTRATION PROCESS
- Fill up Chardham Yatra 2025 Registration form.
- Pay the non-refundable registration amount in a corporate bank account or online and mention the transaction number on the registration form.
- Attach a self-attested copy of identity proofs, like a valid Indian passport or Aadhaar card, and two photographs.
- Attach 1st & Last Page of valid ID Proof.
- Send 1 month before the Yatra Date:
- Original self-attested physical fitness certificate from any MBBS doctor, not more than 1 month old from the Yatra date. (Ask for a format from us.).
- E-mail Registration Form, Aadhar / Voter ID Scan & Transaction number on chardham@triptotemples.com & accounts@triptotemples.com
- Send self-attested hard copies on the office address.
⮚ Carry the original Aadhaar card (1st priority) or passport (2nd option) during the yatra.
BODY WEIGHT LIMITATION
- Each helicopter can accommodate up to 6 passengers with a total weight limitation of 450 kg for all 6 passengers.
- Trip To Temples reserves the right to de-board passengers if the actual body weight deviates from what was provided at the time of booking.
- No refunds will be provided for any passenger who is deboarded due to incorrect body weight.
- Passengers are requested to provide exact body measurements on an electronic scale.
- Passengers with a body weight of above 75 kg will be charged INR 2,000 per kg excess. This amount will be collected in Dehradun before the flight.
- If the given body weight is incorrect, passengers will be charged INR 3,000 per kg on the final check by the pilot, or they will be de-boarded without any refund.
- Moreover, if there is any variance in the passengers' weights, subject to charges based on the overweight criteria, the corresponding amount will be collected at the hotel before the day of flight boarding.
.LUGGAGE WEIGHT
The passenger does not need to carry Luggage because it is a same-day package.
CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY
Trip To Temples reserves the right to cancel passengers who are unruly, abusive, intoxicated, sick, mentally unfit or anyone else who we deem to be unsafe to fly. No refund shall be made to such passenger(s).

PAYMENT TERMS
*Advance booking requires a 40% deposit of the total amount. The remaining balance must be settled 30 days before the scheduled arrival date in Dehradun.
*Passengers are only allowed to board or initiate the tour after completing the full and final payment for the tour.The booking amount is non-refundable; however, a credit note will be issued if feasibleconditions are met. (Conditions also apply for B2B bookings.)

Flying in the hills is subject to bad weather conditions, Force Majeure factors, such as:
- Delayed Air Traffic Clearances/Permissions
- VVIP Movements
- Valley Flying by Indian Air Force (NOTAM)
- Technical Snags in Aircraft
- Illness of the Flying Crew
- Late Reporting of Passengers at Helipads
- Passengers should be prepared to face eventualities and inconveniences in such scenarios.
- It is strongly advised to keep one additional day beyond do dham same day itinerary to avoid inconvenience in case of delays due to bad weather or Force Majeure events.
- Itinerary amendments may occur due to backlogs, bad weather, or natural circumstances, where we may cover:
- In most cases, if there is a backlog due to bad weather, the trip may be cancelled.

Char Dham Yatra 2025 to begin on 30th April, says BKTC
Char Dham Yatra is a prominent pilgrimage circuit for Hindus, yet pilgrims from other communities like Jains, Sikhs, and Buddhists take part in it. Two of the primary Char Dhams- Badrinath Temple and Kedarnath Temple witnessed 1.42 million and 1.65 million pilgrims in 2024 respectively. Altogether, a staggering tourist footfall of 4.8 million pilgrims was recorded for Char Dham Yatra, in the same year. Char Dham Yatra includes a visit to the four temples located in the Garhwal region of Uttarakhand—Yamunotri, Gangotri, Badrinath, and Kedarnath.
Historic update for Char Dham Yatra in Uttarkashi
Historic start for Char Dham Yatra: Uttarkashi welcomes over 3,60,000 pilgrims. The Char Dham Yatra in Uttarkashi in 2024 saw the highest number of tourist footfall, with over 3.6 Lakhs pilgrims visiting the famous Char Dham sites, Yamunotri, Gangotri, Badrinath, and Kedarnath, during the first 15 days of the Yatra. As reported by the Economic Times, 9812 pilgrims travelled to Yamunotri Dham, while 13,602 yatries visited the Gangotri Dham.

Uttarakhand is all set for Char Dham Yatra in 2025, the much-awaited Yatra of the year for Hindu devotees, beginning from 30th April, occurring alongside Akshay Tritiya (a Hindu spring festival). The opening dates for Kedarnath and Badrinath Temple is 2nd May and 4th May respectively.
