Kathmandu and Pokhara Tour (4 Night / 5 Days)

• It is our most important aim that you enjoy your holiday and that we earn your trust. However, we are not responsible for any cancellation due to any unforeseen disputes, weather-related issues, natural calamities, technical failure of any type of transport we use, loss of earnings, Weather, late arrivals, or force majeure, or any items beyond our control.
• After booking, if you wish to cancel your trip, you must notify Trip To Temples in writing at accounts@triptotemples.com or adik@triptotemples.com.
• Once Trip To Temples receives your notice, cancellation will take effect subject to the following:

50% refund on cancellations between 21 and 45 days.

30% refund on cancellations between 15 and 20 days.

20% refund on cancellations between 11 and 14 days.

• No refund before 10 days of departure or Yatra denial by local doctors during the medical check-up in Yatra.
• The booking amount is non-refundable under any circumstances. We can accept replacements from customers without any cost for up to 20 days from the Yatra date with complete documents.
• All refunds and cancellations are applicable as per the cancellation policy, with a processing time of 15 working days from the date of cancellation.
   

• Minimum 30% at the time of booking
• The remaining should be paid a minimum of 30 days before the travel date. For hotel-specific booking, you have to pay 50% at the time of booking.
• On-ground payments are not allowed.

• For Group + Private Departures, If Rescheduling/ Modification is done 15 days before the date of travel, 30% of the total tour cost will be charged as the rescheduling fee
• For Hotel Specific, 100% of the total tour cost will be charged as the rescheduling fees.
• No rescheduling/ Modification available between 0-15 Days before the Date of travel
• Rescheduling validity extended to one year from the existing date of travel. 

Modification Charges

• In case of a change in No. Of people, Route, Vehicle, No. of days, like, etc, a new quote is to be provided to the customer

• Any cost arising due to natural calamities like, landslides, road blockage, political disturbances (strikes), etc (to be borne by the client, which is directly payable on the spot).
• Any increase in taxes or fuel price, leading to increase in cost on surface transportation & land arrangements, which may come into effect prior to departure.
