YOUR ITINERARY (DAY WISE)

Day-1

Bhubaneswar Raliway Station/Airport - Puri (60 KMs / 2 hrs)

Arrive at Bhubaneswar Railway Station/airport and drive to Puri. After reaching Puri, Check in to the hotel. In the evening visit, the Lord Jagannath Temple was built in the 15th Century AD. Return back to the hotel. Overnight stay at the hotel.

Day-2

Puri - Konark Sightseeing (36 KMs / 1 hrs)

After breakfast proceeds from the morning darshan of Shree Jagannath Temple. After visiting temple, drive to Konark and visit the famous sightseeing places:

Konark Temples (Sun Temple)
Chandrabhaga Beach

Return back to Puri & Spent some time at Golden beach (Puri beach). Evening free for shopping and local market. Overnight stay at the hotel.

Day-3

Puri - Bhubaneswar Railway Station / Airport (60 KMs / 2 hrs)

After breakfast check out from the hotel and proceed to Bhubaneswar Railway Station/Airport. You can also catch the train from Puri (Good Train connectivity with other major cities).

EXCLUSIONS

Any Fare/Train fare.
5% GST on full package cost.
Personal Expenses such as Laundry, telephone calls, tips & gratuity, mineral water, soft & hard drinks, and porterage.
Additional sightseeing or extra usage of vehicle, other than mentioned in the itinerary.
Entrance Fees & Guide charges.
Any cost arising due to natural calamities like road blockage, political disturbances (strikes), etc (to be borne by the client, which is directly payable on the spot).
Any increase in taxes or fuel price, leading to an increase in cost on surface transportation & land arrangements, which may come into effect prior to departure.
Insurance
Anything which is not included in the inclusion.

REGISTRATION PROCESS

Fill out the Jagannath puri Dham Yatra package Registration Form original copy.
Pay the non-refundable registration amount in a corporate bank account or online and mention the transaction number and Preferred Arrival date on the registration form.
Attach a self-attested copy of identity proofs, like a valid Indian passport, Aadhaar card or Voter Id
Email Registration Form, Scan Valid ID Proofs & Transaction Number on Email: info@triptotemples.com (cc accounts@triptotemples.com & adik@triptotemples.com) & courier originals self-attested copies to us on office address.

Send 1 month before the Yatra Date:

⮚ Carry the original Aadhaar card (1st prioity) or Voter Id (2nd option) during the yatra

CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY

It is our most important aim that you enjoy your holiday and that we earn your trust. However, we are not responsible for any cancellation due to any unforeseen disputes, weather-related issues, natural calamities, technical failure of any type of transport we use, loss of earnings,Weather, late arrivals or force majeure, or any items beyond our control.
After booking, if you wish to cancel your trip, you must notify Trip To Temples in writing at accounts@triptotemples.com or adik@triptotemples.com.
Once Trip To Temples receives your notice, cancellation will take effect subject to the following:

● 50% refund on cancellations between 21 and 45 days.
● 30% refund on cancellations between 15 and 20 days.
● 20% refund on cancellations between 11 and 14 days.
● No refund before 10 days of departure or Yatra denial by local doctors during medical check-up in Yatra.

The booking amount is non-refundable under any circumstances. We can accept replacements from customers without any cost for up to 20 days from the Yatra date with complete documents.
All refunds and cancellations are applicable as per the cancellation policy, with a processing time of 15 working days from the date of cancellation.
